2. The service is available to all convenience store retailers who subscribe to the system and acquire a valid individual password for access to the site.
3. The content of Pbsblueprint is subject to copyright and subscribers are only permitted to take such copies of any documents as are required in the management of their particular business and not for any commercial or other use whatsoever.
4. The service is personal to the individual subscriber and is not transferable to any other party.
5. PBS will ensure that all personal data is securely stored and not released to any third party except to a specialist adviser if and when the subscriber wishes to retain that adviser under a letter of engagement.
6. The annual subscription for PBS Blueprint may be subject to change. In the event that subscribers find any such change unacceptable they will have the right to terminate their subscription forthwith and without further obligation on either side except insofar as any liability might have arisen prior to the date of termination.

11. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable by any Court having competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions which shall remain in full force and effect.
